Open the website: myapps.microsoft.com. Type your email address (e.g. firstname.lastname@ttec.com). Then, click Next. Type your password and click Sign in. On the next screen, click either Yes or No. Click on your Avatar and select Profile. On the section Manage account, click Change password. Type: The old password. The new password.
