HuConnect – How to manually install or upgrade

IMPORTANT:
If you have Chrome browser, close it.
Then, open Internet Explorer browser and go to this url: https://portal.manage.microsoft.com/
  1. Open Internet Explorer browser.
  2. Go to the url: https://portal.manage.microsoft.com/.
  3. Once the browser opens, select your account.

  4. You may have this screen.

  5. Click on the Devices button.

  6. Click on this bar to detect the device you are using.

  7. Select your device. Then, click Next.

  8. Notice that on the bar is telling you to which device the apps will be installed.

  9. Next, click here to open the menu.

  10. Select Apps.

  11. You will see all the applications available for installation (there you have the Upgrade Humanify AD Helper 5.3.12 application to be installed). Click on it.

How to identify my computer name

If you are not sure what is your computer name, follow this steps:

  1. From the main window, open Snaplog.
