How to purchase from Staples Business Advantage

A. Purpose

The aim of this document is to give the basic guidelines on how to navigate and purchase of your USB drive and Headset needed for At Home Agents.

B. How to purchase

  1. Open the Staples Business Advantage webpage: and click on the Login button.
  2. Type your Account Number, User ID and Password. Next, press the Login button.
  3. Click on the OK button.
  4. If you need to buy the USB drive and/or Headset, please click on Your List menu.
  5. Then, from the drop-down list, find the list you need by scrolling down the menu.
    • TTEC New Hire Requirements list includes a selection of specified Headsets and USB Drives.
  6. After clicking on the TTEC New Hire Requirements link, you can:
    • Click on the product name and description or
    • Click the image to learn more about each one.180419-06stappurc.png
  7. If you’re ready to purchase, you can simply click on Select Item  and click the Add to Cart button.
  8. On each product page, you can learn more about the item, view images, and read reviews (if available). You can also learn the expected delivery date by clicking Check Delivery Date.
    When you are ready to make your selection, simply click the Add button to add the item to your cart. Continue shopping until you have all the items you need to purchase in your cart.
  9. To complete your purchase, simply find the shopping cart icon at the top of any page, and click it. You may also review your cart by clicking Review Cart.
  10. And on the Cart page:

    1) Ensure that your Shipping Information is correct. If you need to make a change, click the Edit button.

    2) Enter your personal credit card information in the spaces provided in the Payment Method section. When you are finished,

    3) Click the Submit Order button.

    You will receive an order confirmation email soon after you place your order.
