Accessing the WorkBooth Wizard Application (for Windows 10)


To begin each work day, you start your computer and log in using your WorkBooth credentials. Before performing any work-related tasks, you must first punch in to begin your work day. This ensures WorkBooth pays you for all worktime-qualifying tasks required for you to perform your job.

  1. Click on the  [a] button.
  2. Click on the Workbooth [b] folder.
  3. Select the Go To Work [c] app tile.

Creating the Go To Work shortcut (Windows 10)


Though not required, WorkBooth recommends you create a Desktop shortcut to access more easily.
    1.  Right-click the Go to Work [a] app tile.
    2. Click on   Pin to Start [b] command.

  2. Click on the Down Arrow [b] button.
  3. Select the Go To Work [c] app tile.

    1.  Right-click the Go to Work [a] app tile.
    2. From the drop-down menu:
      • Click on Open file location [b] command.

    3.  Right-click the Go to Work [a] shortcut.
    4. From the drop-down menu, select [b] Send to.
    5. Click on the  [c] Desktop (create shortcut) command.
    6. Now you have your shortcut of Go To Work at the Desktop!

You are ready to use the Wizard Quick Links Menu.


When you access the WorkBooth Wizard, you receive the Quick Links menu and a customized message that corresponds with your timed scenario:

Scenario Description Message in Kronos Clock Punch Menu
a Accessing when scheduled to work within 15 minutes or less. “WFO indicates that you are scheduled to begin work within 15 minutes. If you are logging in to begin your scheduled shift, please select the ‘Start/End Shift’ option below. If you are not ready to login for your shift, please select an alternate option.”
b Accessing between 16 and 60 minutes before scheduled shift.  “WFO indicates that your shift starts in more than 15 minutes.  Please login closer to your scheduled shift start time or click the option below to indicate your reason for logging in.”
c Accessing more than 60 minutes before scheduled shift. “WFO indicates that your shift starts in more than 60 minutes. Please login closer to your scheduled shift start time or click the option below to indicate your reason for logging in.”
d User has passed the start time to Punch In. “WFO indicates that your shift has already started. If you are logging in to begin your scheduled shift, please select the ‘Start/End Shift’ option below. If you are not ready to login for your shift, please select an alternate option.”
e Accessing after your scheduled shift has ended.  “WFO indicates that your shift has ended for the day. If you are logging in to take calls, please select the ‘Start/End Shift’ option below. If you are not logging in to handle calls, please select an alternate option.”
f Accessing when not scheduled to work. “WFO indicates that you are not scheduled to work. If you believe your schedule in WFO may be incorrect, please click the ‘Start/End Shift’ option.”
g When the application is failing or having internet issues. “WARNING: Your schedule could not be retrieved. If you experience issues with this application check your internet connection, close this application and try again.”

Using The Kronos Clock Punch Menu


When you click the Start/End Shift button, you are directed to the Kronos Clock Punch menu.

Punching in/out to begin or end your scheduled shift

a. When you click the Start/End Shift button, you are directed to the Kronos login page.

b. Log in using your credentials to access the Kronos Clock Punch menu.

Punching In to begin or Punching Out to end your scheduled shift

You are punched in for the start of your shift.

You are punched out of your work day.

Going to Work

a. After you punch in, Kronos displays your timestamp details and displays the WorkBooth button.

b. Click the WorkBooth button to access the login page.

c. Then, log in to WorkBooth in preparation for taking calls.
