I’ve installed my Certificate and can’t login

If you have installed your certificate and continue to get an error when logging in, this could be caused by any of the following:

Certificate wasn’t installed correctly


  • If you have saved your certificate you can simply install it again.
    • If that doesn’t work you will need to contact ASD using our Chat. 
  • Once you have your Security PIN you may Download and Install your Certificate.
  • If you didn’t save the Certificate you will need to request another certificate.
    • Contact ASD using our Chat. 

Certificate has expired or was revoked


  • If the certificate has expired or been revoked then it will not allow you to login.
    • Contact ASD using our Chat. 

Certificate wasn’t issued correctly


  • If the certificate was issued incorrectly during creation process it will not work.
    • Contact ASD using our Chat.
