If you have installed your certificate and continue to get an error when logging in, this could be caused by any of the following:
Certificate wasn’t installed correctly
- If you have saved your certificate you can simply install it again.
- If that doesn’t work you will need to contact ASD using our → Chat.
- If that doesn’t work you will need to contact ASD using our → Chat.
- Once you have your Security PIN you may Download and Install your Certificate.
- If you didn’t save the Certificate you will need to request another certificate.

Certificate has expired or was revoked
- If the certificate has expired or been revoked then it will not allow you to login.
- Contact ASD using our → Chat.

Certificate wasn’t issued correctly
- If the certificate was issued incorrectly during creation process it will not work.
- Contact ASD using our → Chat.
